Chaparral's 8th Grade Promotion Dance for all eligible 8th grade students. The dance is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room. Individual and group photographs will be available for purchase. Students are encouraged to be "dressy," but appropriate (Per Dress Code). Boys should wear a dress shirt and tie, slacks, or suit. Girls are encouraged to wear special dresses but hugh school style formals are NOT appropriate. T-shirts, jeans, and shorts are not acceptable. Students MUST be present in school on this day to be able to participate in the evening dance. Parents, please schedule any appointments or activities around this date.
