Chaparral's annual registration information has been mailed home and attached is a copy of the details shared with our Cougar families. Review the attached document by clicking on the PDF named "Registration Letter 2021." Also, 7th-8th grade students must have immunizations up to date. (Bring a copy AND original immunization records if you have NOT shown us records of Tdap, Varicella, or MMR.) NOTE: Schedules will not be released without proof of immunizations.
